New graduate program
Join our industry-leading New Graduate Program and you’ll find yourself surrounded by the sharpest graduates from around the world. The program includes:
- An 8-week induction including a job rotation (Lund only)
- A placement in a cutting-edge R&D team
- Working directly on our product roadmap
- Connection and collaboration with every area of R&D
- A close network of fellow graduates, creating real friendships
- Access to the latest tools and software
- Specialist product training.
Student programs
If you’re still studying, you’re probably keen to get first-hand experience of our industry. And we want to know more about you as well: your ideas, what drives you, your perspective – because we know that today’s sharpest students become tomorrow’s leading developers. We open our doors to students in four ways:
- Co-op program: In Ottawa, Canada, we have a continuously running Co-op program, bringing in students to take on real roles and answer real software challenges.
- Internships: Part-time or full-time (over the summer), our internships take place in Lund, Sweden, and Boston, USA. Many students use them as a stepping-stone to our New Graduate Program.
- Thesis mentoring program: We regularly provide mentoring to final year students working on their thesis.
- Progression: We want to build long-term relationships with our students. Many of those who work with us over the summer stay on as interns, join our Thesis Mentoring Program and go on to gain a place on our New Graduate Program.

Career Progression Program

The programme is designed as a tool to help you advance your career: identifying where you are now, where you want to get to, and how to make it happen. Just like martial arts, you’ll progress through different coloured belts – developing your skills and confidence at every step.
